I'm not really sure what the problem is, can you still help me?
Absolutely! It is helpful to have screenshots of any error messages you receive as well as any additional details you can provide (i.e. what you were trying to do when you experienced the issue).
How long does the diagnostic process take?
It can potentially take a couple of hours or more depending on the issues being experienced. We charge one flat diagnostic fee, and if it takes longer, you are not incurring additional charges.
Do you ever complete repairs without my approval?
Absolutely not. The diagnostic service stops with the presentation of what is needed, and we will not proceed any further without your approval to do so.
