Setting up a brand new device can be a chore. We're here to help you get it set up and running, and make sure your experience with the new device is the best it can be. We can even help with Software Install/Uninstall, transferring in your data, and recycling an old device!

What this service includes:
  • Unboxing of the device, disposal of packaging if customer desires

  • Set up of the desktop/laptop including connections to:

  • All peripherals (keyboard, mouse, gaming controllers, speakers, printers, etc.)​

  • Connect device to an existing network 

  • Creation of user account

  • Perform any needed system updates

  • Remove any unwanted programs or other bloatware

  • Startup optimization

What this service does not include:
  • Cost of any cabling, components, hardware, or software that may be needed

  • Software installation. For assistance with software installation, see Software Install/Uninstall.

  • Additional cost for on-site service

What happens if a virus is found?

We'll notify you, and let you decide if you would like our Malware Cleanup and Removal Service

I'm not really sure what the problem is, can you still help me?

Absolutely! It is helpful to have screenshots of any error messages you receive as well as any additional details you can provide (i.e. what you were trying to do when you experienced the issue).

My computer is very old, can you help me?

We'll certainly give it our best! It is important to note that repairing an older computer can sometimes become more costly than replacing it all together as hardware upgrades may be needed in order to achieve the desired result.

What if I decide not to fix my computer?

There are no additional costs besides the diagnostics charge. You'll still be presented with what is needed as well as the complete hardware diagnostics report. It is recommended to complete the repairs promptly to avoid any potential further damage.


If the computer is determined to be not fixable, we can assist with secure recycling (free of charge), transferring of data to an external device, a cloud service, or replacement computer, building a new PC or simply giving you your device back to do with as you choose.

Do you ever complete repairs without my approval?

Absolutely not. The diagnostic service stops with the presentation of what is needed and we will not proceed any further without your approval to do so. You will receive an estimate via email for your approval. Once approved, any required parts will be ordered.
